How to find an apartment

Once you have registered your interest, either through this site or with our Marketing Department, and your details are recorded on our apartment queue, you will receive a personal pin code that you will need when making any enquiries.

On this website you will find apartments that are immediately available, apartments which will be available in the near future and student apartments. We normally update our site every Thursday (with exceptions around Christmas time and during summer holidays).

You can search for apartments that are available in the next few months from Thursdays at 3pm to the following Wednesday at midnight.

You can search for apartments that are immediately available to move into from Thursday at 3pm to Friday at noon. If you are already a tenant, please be aware that if you accept an apartment you will have to pay double rent for one month. This is due to the fact that you will also have to pay for your present apartment during the month that you move in.

If you are amongst the group of five prospective tenants that have been in the queue the longest you will receive an offer through the site or by mail if you have not registered an email address with us.

Student apartment

If you have been accepted for a course at the University of Gotland you are able to rent a student apartment. Please let us know if you are interested by email, telephone or visit us from Thursdays at 3pm to Fridays at 12.

The amount of time that you have been in the queue decides if you receive an offer or not.

Subscription

You can subscribe through this website.  If you are interested in readily available apartments, you can choose the size of the apartment, the area and also the amount of rent that you are willing to pay.

The great advantage of subscribing is that if an apartment matches your choices an automatic message will be sent to you by email.  This saves you time having to actively search for available apartments.

Tenant of an apartment

Before we can process an approval and sign a contract we will require certain necessary information about you as a tenant.

When you are renting an apartment from us we will automatically remove you from the queue. This does not apply to student apartments. But you can put your name down again as soon as you have signed the contract.
